CGU, part of Insurance Australia Group (IAG), is seeking a Key Account Manager for Workers’ Compensation. The role is permanent and full time, based in Gadigal Country (Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Boorloo (Perth).

You’ll manage broker relationships, drive retention, and collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to achieve excellent customer outcomes. You’ll bring insurance experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and deep workers’ compensation knowledge to support underwriting decisions
