About the Company:

A commercial construction company with a national presence, they have excellent client relationships and most of their work comes from repeat clientele. In WA they specialise in commercial and industrial design and construct projects ranging from $10-$50M.



They have a team on the ground here in Perth and focus on delivering a couple of projects per annum.

They are currently looking for a Senior Contract Administrator for a $75m large retail format project based near Cockburn.

Key Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Experience managing projects $30M + as the commercial lead.
- Previous main contractor experience is essential
- Experience on retail projects would be highly desirable.
- 10yrs+ experience working in commercial building
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem solving and decision‑making skills
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid commercial awareness and persuasive negotiation skill
