We're on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Retail Counter Salesperson to join our team at a busy automotive paint and equipment store located in Dandenong South.

About Us:

We specialise in the supply of automotive paint, consumables, and equipment to trade customers across Australia. With a strong reputation and loyal customer base, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and expert advice.

The Role:

As a key member of our front counter team, you will be responsible for:

- Serving walk-in and phone-in customers
- Taking and processing orders
- Picking and packing orders
- Stock and shelf management
- Assisting with paint mixing and tinting (training provided)

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role offering variety every day – from sales to technical support to picking in the warehouse.

About You:





- Previous experience in automotive trade sales or a mechanical/spray painting background is highly regarded
- Friendly and confident communicator with solid customer service skills
- Reliable, team-oriented and eager to learn
- Physically capable of performing manual tasks (e.g., lifting stock)
- Hold a valid drivers licence

What We Offer:

- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
