Wickham Park School in Bromley is seeking a Pastoral Lead to join our newly opened SEN school. You will manage pastoral welfare, strategy and daily operations to ensure a nurturing environment for pupils aged 5-19 with SEMH, SLCN and Autism.

You’ll lead attendance, safeguarding, staff development and collaborate with the Headteacher to develop pastoral provision. A passionate advocate for students and robust leadership are essential.
