A adaptable role with room to grow
This position is available for at least three days per week, with the option to work up to five days. Based at our Liverpool office, you’ll manage your workload independently and work closely with our administration and finance team.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices
- Reconcile payments and investigate discrepancies
- Follow up outstanding accounts and manage aged debt
- Respond to billing queries and resolve account issues
- Liaise with clients, plan managers and funding providers
- Keep accounts receivable records accurate and up to date
- Help improve our invoicing and follow-up processes
What you’ll bring
You’ll have experience in accounts receivable and be confident managing invoicing, reconciliations, payment follow-ups and aged debt with minimal supervision. You’re organised, detail-oriented and comfortable communicating professionally with different people to resolve queries and keep payments moving.
What we offer
- Flexibility to work 3–5 days per week
- A salary of $75,000–$85,000 plus superannuation on a full-time equivalent basis, pro rata for your agreed days
- A welcoming Liverpool office and a supportive team
