Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort is seeking a passionate Commis Chef on a casual basis to support our kitchen team. You’ll assist with dish prep, presentation, and maintaining high standards across the kitchen, while working within a cooperative team environment.

This role requires a Certificate III in Cookery, knowledge of Contemporary Australian cuisine, HACCP and OH&S; awareness, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends. Great opportunity to learn and grow in a renowned resort.
