anzuk Education is partnering with an experienced early childhood education provider to recruit a Centre Director for a brand-new, purpose-built 83-place early learning centre in Corrimal, just north of Wollongong.

About the role

As Centre Director and Nominated Supervisor, you'll take responsibility for the leadership, operations and ongoing development of the service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of educators and teachers.
- Building a positive, collaborative workplace culture where staff feel valued and supported.
- Overseeing daily centre operations, staffing, rostering and compliance.
- Ensuring the service meets the requirements of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and relevant legislation.
- Establishing strong relationships with children, families and the local community.
- Working closely with the Educational Leader to support high-quality educational programmes.
- Supporting enrolments, occupancy growth and the centre's long-term success.
- Working collaboratively with the Approved Provider to establish strong operational foundations.

About you





We're looking for an approachable, organised and confident leader who genuinely enjoys supporting people and delivering high-quality early childhood education.

Ideally you'll bring:

- A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience as a Centre Director, Centre Manager or Nominated Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, NQS and relevant regulations.
- Experience managing compliance, Assessment and Rating processes and regulatory requirements.
- A sound understanding of CCS, enrolments and centre operations.
- Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to lead, mentor and inspire a team while maintaining high standards of care and education.

Experience opening a new centre would be highly regarded, although it's not essential.
