The Moseley Bar & Kitchen in Glenelg is seeking a Trade Waiter specialising as a Drink Waiter to join our leadership team. You will lead front-of-house during peak periods, coach staff, and ensure premium service standards across beverage and dining experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of premium dining experience, solid wine and beverage knowledge, and a commitment to guest satisfaction, safety, and team development. Evening and weekend work is required.
