What You’ll Actually Be Doing

hair extensions and precision cuts
- Delivering a luxury experience from the moment your client sits down to the moment they walk out obsessed
- Running confident consultations that increase average spend and rebooking
- Bringing positive, grounded, infectious energy to the salon floor
- Supporting and mentoring juniors without ego
- Contributing to team goals and celebrating the wins
- Luxury is not just about pricing. It is how the client feels. The attention to detail. The way you speak. The finish. The follow up. We want stylists who get that.
