Epworth HealthCare is seeking a senior leader to manage Health, Safety and Wellbeing governance across our Victorian multisite network. You will lead the Safety Management System, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement with the Group Director of Risk, Internal Audit and Compliance.
You will oversee audits, policy standardisation, and risk management, while delivering training and collaborating with stakeholders to foster a mature safety culture.
