Role Description Position summary and key responsibilities: The ANZ Platform Executive Assistant and Colleague Experience Coordinator provides high-level, discreet executive and administrative support to the ANZ Platform Lead while serving as the communications, culture, well-being and site-administration champion across the three ANZ manufacturing sites. Acting as a key connector between the Site Leader, Platform Leader, HR, managers, executives, site teams and colleagues, the role coordinates schedules, correspondence, stakeholders, vendors, townhalls, workshops, milestone celebrations and leadership activities; enables explicit and consistent workplace communications; and maintains visibility of actions and commitments. Through strong organisation, sound judgement, professionalism and confidentiality, the role helps deliver a connected, inclusive and well-supported colleague experience while translating feedback and leadership priorities into practical site improvements.

Education and experience:

- · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Communications, Human Resources or a related discipline,



or equivalent relevant experience.
- · Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Communications Coordinator, Employee/Colleague Experience Coordinator or in a comparable role.
- · Experience supporting senior leaders and coordinating events or projects is expected.
