Pacific Health & Wellbeing invites a Senior Occupational Therapist to join as Team Leader in our multidisciplinary service delivery. You will mentor therapists, supervise clinical practice, and steer the team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care in line with NDIS standards.
You will maintain client engagement, manage a versatile caseload, and support team development under the guidance of the Area Manager and Clinical Lead.
