About the Role
The business is going through a significant supply chain transformation across ANZ and this role sits right in the middle of that journey. You will own service level performance across the network, manage 3PL and in-house operations, and play a meaningful role in shaping what the future logistics function looks like. This suits both an established logistics professional looking for a broader platform, and a strong operator who is ready to step up. The pathway from here is real - whether that takes you across the supply chain or into a more senior leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive service level performance across the ANZ logistics network, working with 3PL partners and in-house operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers, holding them accountable to agreed service and performance standards
- Support and contribute to the supply chain transformation agenda, helping shape how logistics operates across the network going forward
- Identify and implement improvements to network visibility, resilience, and efficiency
- Analyse logistics performance data and translate it into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with different business functions
- Contribute to network redesign projects across ANZ
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Solid logistics experience within FMCG or a similarly complex, fast-paced supply chain environment
- A strong understanding of 3PL operations and third-party logistics management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive performance improvement
- The communication skills to influence and partner with senior stakeholders and external providers
- A continuous improvement mindset and an appetite to contribute to transformation
- Comfortable working in an environment that is evolving and fast moving
