The Role
As a Contracts Customer Service Officer,
you will assist in the completion of the administrative tasks associated with the daily operations of the NSW Contracts division within Capital Transport
Key responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound customer service/query calls.
- Processing of client bookings via phone and email.
- Immediate response to emails concerning delivery updates, proof of delivery requests or any other queries.
- Providing assistance/ additional information as required to our sub-contractor drivers.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills
- Strong work ethic
- Sound knowledge of the Sydney metro area
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Calm and professional telephone manner
- Data Entry Skills - Intermediate
- Self-motivated and well disciplined
- High attention to detail and genuine passion for providing superior customer service
No experience is required as this is a junior role, and full training will be provided to the right candidate.
