We require a competent and forward thinking manager at our boutique hotel The Parade Hotel on the water in Bunbury. The Hotel features two bars, beer garden, deck over the water, a function room for 100 guests, and 21 accommodation rooms. We will soon complete substantial renovations making the Hotel a must visit destination venue in Bunbury.

We will consider applicants with non-hospitality backgrounds if they have a customer service driven personality coupled to strong administration, and organizational skills with a warm, friendly nature. Good IT skills are important in the role.

The job is not just office based. To build a successful team, the manager must lead from the front and display exceptional customer service skills that show others in the team how it should be done. A happy,



can-do attitude towards customers is essential to the job.

Some weekend and night work will be required, but with astute time management and a good team, we believe the manager should have a versatile work/home balance with a good lifestyle.
