We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our day-to-day housekeeping operations. Working closely with resort management, you will ensure our rooms, cabins, and communal facilities maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, train, and support housekeeping staff on daily tasks and shift rosters
- Perform routine room and facility inspections to ensure accommodation meets resort quality standards prior to guest check-in
- Coordinate linen inventory, cleaning requirements, chemical supply & stock management, and housekeeping turnover schedules
- Document and report operational delays, cabin maintenance needs,
or third-party cleaning service issues to resort management
- Address guest feedback or cleaning requests promptly and professionally
- Assist with housekeeping duties as required
About you
- Previous experience in hotel, resort, or commercial accommodation housekeeping or supervisory roles
- Robust attention to detail and standard-setting for presentation, hygiene and cleanliness
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Friendly with excellent communication skills and ability to lead a diverse team
- Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as rostered
