Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join the kitchen on a casual basis. You will assist with dish prep and presentation across all sections, working with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The role requires a Certificate III in Cookery and knowledge of Modern Australian cuisine, plus HACCP and OH&S; understanding. You’ll thrive in a rapid-paced environment, with flexibility for weekend and shift work.
