Step into a hands-on supervisory role with a team that takes pride in what they do.

Ecowize is looking for a reliable and motivated Site Supervisor to join our night-shift team within a food production environment.

Working closely with the management, you’ll help coordinate the shift, provide day-to-day direction and support to our Hygiene Operators, and make sure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the high standards expected by us and our customer.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the floor with their team, is confident providing direction and feedback, and is ready to take the next step in their supervisory career.

What you’ll be doing

As Site Supervisor, you’ll support the smooth running of night-shift operations. You’ll help allocate and monitor work, keep the team focused on priorities, support attendance and rostering requirements, and ensure cleaning, hygiene, safety and food safety standards are consistently maintained.

You’ll also play an important role in supporting and motivating the team, providing clear instructions, reinforcing safe work practices and assisting with toolbox talks and on-the-job training.

Your roster

The anticipated roster will include night shifts commencing at approximately 9pm - 5 days a week

This is a permanent opportunity and a step forward in building your career or simply owning the success of this role.

What we’re looking for

Experience within hygiene, cleaning or food production will be highly regarded, particularly if you have previous experience supervising or coordinating people in a similar environment. Good communication, time management and reliability is important and sets you up well for success.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is dependable, hands‑on and team focused — someone who can keep the shift moving, support their people and take pride in delivering a great result.

We deliver customised cleaning solutions across Australia and Current Zealand, supported by modern cleaning methodologies, equipment and certified quality systems. Our values of Partnership, Integrity and Excellence guide how we work with our customers and each other.

Ready to step up and make an impact on night shift?

If you’re looking for a permanent fulltime opportunity where you can build your supervisory experience, work closely with operational management and be part of a hardworking team, we’d love to hear from you.
