We're looking for a Kitchen Hand to join one of our Sydney kitchens. You'll keep the kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly, and help our chefs with prep so every service goes well.

Key responsibilities

- Wash dishes, pots, utensils and kitchen equipment
- Keep the kitchen, benches, floors and storage areas clean and tidy
- Help with basic food prep, such as washing, peeling and cutting vegetables and herbs
- Receive, unpack and put away deliveries, and rotate stock
- Take out rubbish and recycling, and keep waste areas clean
- Follow food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures
- Support the chefs during busy lunch and dinner services

About you

- Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential
- Hardworking, reliable and punctual
- Able to work quickly and stay organised in a busy kitchen




- Physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods and lifting
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Full working rights in Australia
