Linktal Recruitment is partnering with a Tier 2 builder in Sydney to recruit a Contract Administrator for Class 2 apartment projects. You will support commercial delivery from procurement through to completion, working with the Project Manager and site teams on financial and contractual aspects.
You will manage subcontractor procurement, prepare tender docs, assess progress claims and variations, and monitor costs to help achieve time, cost, and quality targets for Western Sydney projects.
