W Brisbane at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City, is seeking a Concierge Supervisor to lead the Concierge Team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will ensure guests receive the iconic W experience, guiding them through their stay with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Applicants should have outstanding guest service skills, proven team supervision experience, and a valid driver's license, with knowledge of Opera PMS. AM/PM shifts are required in a quick-paced luxury hotel environment.
