Amida Group in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Development Manager / Project Manager to oversee a mix of townhouse, apartment and commercial projects with GDV up to $60m.

The role covers the full development lifecycle from site selection and feasibility through approvals, design management, procurement, construction, sales and handover, with robust commercial oversight and reporting. You will report to Directors and work with senior teams.
