Vocus is seeking a Segment GTM Analyst who will turn customer, revenue, margin and behavioural data into actionable insights, focusing on churn forecasting and performance management across B2B segments. You will identify churn drivers, model outcomes and measure retention initiatives, reporting to the Head of Segment GTM.
