We are seeking an experiencedForklift Operatorto join busy warehouse teams based in Footscray. This role is key to ensuring smooth warehouse operations, including stock movement, dispatch, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating an LF forklift to load, unload, and move stock
- Receiving and dispatching goods accurately
- Assisting with stock control and stocktakes
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
- Following all safety and quality procedures
- Supporting the team to meet daily targets
- Assisting with unloading, loading, receivables, plant-to-plant transfers, and other general warehouse duties
- Occasional work in a -25°C freezer environment (PPE provided). The role will be primarily based in the ambient warehouse (approximately 80%), with freezer work required only occasionally
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of high-reach forklift operating experience
- Comfortable working in the morning
- Current LF Forklift License (essential)
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience
- Solid attention to detail
- Reliable and safety-focused
- Full Australian work rights
