About the Role:

Position:Production Operator

Schedule:The plant operates Monday to Friday 6.00am - 3.00pm

Rate: $29 - $31 per hour (depending on experience)

We offer full training - no prior experience requiredYou'll be involved in:

- Measuring and mixing ingredients – Manual handling of up to 25 kg bags
- Cleaning the factory floor and equipment on regular basis
- Operating machinery and monitoring processes




- Reporting safety hazards or equipment issues
- Maintaining a clean and protected work environment

What We’re Looking For - Essential Criteria:

- Basic maths skills
- Strong team player with a reliable and punctual work ethic
- Enthusiastic, energetic attitude
- Alignment with our core values: Sustainability, Commitment, Integrity & Community
- Commitment to Health & Safety policies and procedures

Desirable Skills - A Bonus, But Not Essential:

- HR truck licence
- Experience in Health & Safety
- Basic computer skills
- Background in the food industry
