The Opportunity

We are seeking an Assistant Development Manager to join our Brisbane-based development team, reporting to a Senior Development Manager. You will support the planning, management and delivery of land lease community developments across Queensland and New South Wales.

Working within an experienced and collaborative team, you will gain hands‑on exposure to the full development lifecycle, from acquisition and feasibility through to planning, design, construction and operation, with genuine responsibility and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Support the management and delivery of development projects, including program, budgets, reporting and key milestones.

Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders across planning, design, approvals and construction.

Assist with development feasibilities, financial analysis, project budgets and cash flow forecasts.

Support acquisitions and due diligence,



including site investigations and assessment of new development opportunities.

Assist with procurement, tendering, contract administration and construction delivery.

Monitor project progress, quality and risks, including site inspections and coordination through to completion and handover.

About You

We are looking for a motivated, commercially minded individual with:

A strong desire to learn, develop professionally and take on new challenges, supported by an experienced development team.

Tertiary qualifications in property, construction management, engineering, planning or a related discipline.

Experience in property development, construction or project coordination, ideally in residential development, although not essential.

Strong analytical, financial and organisational skills, including proficiency in Excel.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder relationships.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine ambition to build a career in property development.
