About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join our team in a mobile role across Melbourne’s north and west. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work locally within your community while staying connected with like-minded colleagues across the city. We support smart scheduling to help you manage your travel within a reasonable area, reducing time on the road and maximising your day.

You will be motivated by pro-actively growing our impact with elderly clients, those with disability and those looking to age in place. Engaging in 1:1 care, mobile therapy,



running community exercise classes and injury prevention initiatives as well as supporting overall care and quality of life this role is one where you’ll see real world and rewarding impact each day.

About You

You’re a dedicated, compassionate Physiotherapist who enjoys autonomy and teamwork in equal measure. You value flexibility, meaningful client connections, and opportunities to grow. The ideal candidate will be looking to grow their caseload and impact.

You’ll bring:

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent) with full AHPRA registration

2 plus years’ experience

Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle

(or willingness to obtain) Police Check, Working With Children Check, and Professional Indemnity Insurance

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A flexible, open-minded, and empathetic approach

A passion for helping adults and/or children with disability achieve their goals

Experience in the Aged Care, NDIS or disability sector (highly regarded)
