6HEAD, located on Sydney’s iconic waterfront in The Rocks, is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. In a premium, high-volume steakhouse setting, you’ll lead on the floor and partner with the Restaurant Manager to uphold our standards.

You’ll develop the team, manage service procedures, and contribute to financial performance, labour control, stock, and compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
