Blenners Transport is seeking a qualified and organisedTransport Administrator to join our team at our Innisfail Depot.
The successful applicant will have experience or be willing to learn in a high-volume transport environment, exceptional attention to detail, robust communication skills, and the ability to manage high workloads in a fast‑paced environment.

- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Highly motivated professional with a positive, proactive “can do” attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong written correspondence abilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Process driver paperwork, timesheets, logbooks, and PODs accurately and on time.
- Enter and manage freight jobs, manifests, and customer information.
- Scan, file, and distribute documentation to support daily operations.
- Greet drivers, answer phone calls, and provide customer service support.
- Complete daily freight and pricing checks to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing.
- Provide general administrative support to the Depot Manager and team.
