Sanofi is seeking a Cenrifki Brand Lead in Sydney to drive the Australian/NZ brand strategy for a first-in-class NRSPMS medicine. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop lifecycle and market access plans, and ensure compliant execution across private and public channels.

The role requires 7+ years in pharma with marketing experience, international exposure, fluent English, and robust financial acumen to build robust business cases and budgets.
