Groundswell Accounting is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Noosa Heads, QLD. This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office and supporting our accounting professionals in their day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the accounting team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Handling general office duties such as answering phones, greeting clients, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintaining and organising office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and other documentation as required
- Performing data entry tasks and helping to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
