About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Representative to join TDA Tax Depreciation in South Melbourne, VIC. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through the identification and development of new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within the property, construction and professional services sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients and strategic partners to support business growth
Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations and finance to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
Maintain detailed records of business development activities, client interactions and pipeline progress using CRM systems
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, sales pipelines and business development metrics to senior management
Attend industry events, conferences and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads
What we're looking for
3+ years of proven business development,
sales or account management experience within the professional services, property or construction sectors
Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying, pursuing and closing new business opportunities
Proven sales background with the ability to work towards KPIs, including 80 outbound calls per day and covert opportunities into sales outcomes
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to manage and analyse sales data effectively
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently whilst contributing to team objectives
Robust organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within Victoria as required
Availability for regular interstate travel and attendance at events across Australia
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm
