Novotel Sydney Darling Square is seeking a DemiChef to support our culinary team on a part-time maternity cover basis. You will work across buffet breakfast, Pumphouse Bar and restaurant, and in-room dining, contributing to high volumes of service.
You will join a qualified kitchen under guidance from senior chefs, applying your commercial cookery training and passion for food to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes with attention to safety and detail.
