As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support that empowers participants to achieve their goals while maintaining their independence and dignity.

You'll work across our Supported Independent Living (SIL) home and participants' private residences, providing a variety of supports in different environments while building meaningful relationships with the people you support.

- Personal care and daily living assistance – (working in our supported independent living house and private residences)
- Community access and social participation
- Medication assistance (where appropriately trained)
- Supporting participants with complex health needs
- Domestic assistance
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Building confidence, independence and meaningful relationships
- Completing accurate documentation using our electronic systems
