Woolworths Group is seeking a hands-on leader to head Proactive Services across stores in NSW. You will motivate a team to keep stores hygienic, ensure trolley availability, and partner with store teams to deliver outstanding service.
You will roster, manage attendance, coordinate with Store Leadership, and handle consumables within budget. You’ll also contribute by performing core operational tasks with the team.
