Join us and take your career to the next level As a Warehouse Supervisor based in Footscray, Melbourne, you will lead daily warehouse operations to achieve operational targets and maintain service excellence. Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you will supervise local warehouse staff, manage inventory workflows, and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

What are your key responsibilities

- Warehouse Operations: Direct daily store activities, ensuring spare parts picking, inbound receipts, and stock replenishment orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Inventory & SAP Management: Conduct cyclic and annual stocktakes, manage bin locations, and maintain accurate records of all receipts, issues, and stock requests in SAP.
- OH&S; & Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe workplace by enforcing safety policies, conducting Take 5s and asset inspections, and logging incidents via Quentic.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support warehouse personnel while collaborating closely with Parts Managers, parts interpreters, and service dispatch teams.
- Facility & Quality Control: Oversee store organisation and security using 5S principles, manage facility maintenance with suppliers,



and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring to the role

- Experience: substantial experience in warehouse or parts operations within the industrial, mechanical handling, motor vehicle, or port sectors, including team leadership experience.
- Qualifications & Licenses: Minimum Year 10 High School education, a valid Australian car driver's license, and an Australian Forklift license.
- Technical & Systems Skills: Solid working knowledge of SAP (or equivalent WMS), sound numerical skills, and experience managing dispatch and receiving schedules.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to motivate teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
