FNZ is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in Australia to oversee day-to-day service delivery for a portfolio of key clients. The role acts as the main liaison between clients and internal FNZ teams, ensuring SLAs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.

Based in Melbourne or Sydney, you’ll lead governance forums, manage escalations, and collaborate with Technology, Risk and Operations to enhance client outcomes and drive satisfaction.
