Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day running of residential landscaping projects.
- Lead and supervise landscapers, apprentices and labourers.
- Plan daily and weekly tasks to keep jobs running smoothly.
- Organise materials, equipment, deliveries and subcontractors.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with attention to detail.
- Read and follow landscape construction plans and drawings.




- Monitor job progress, labour and materials to keep projects on budget.
- Identify and report any variations or changes to the scope of works.
- Communicate professionally with clients and management.
- Maintain clean, organised and secure worksites.
- Train and support apprentices and junior team members.
- Take responsibility for the final finishing details and handover of projects.

About You

- Experience in residential landscape construction with minimum 8 years experience
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand.
- Strong knowledge of structural landscaping, paving, stonework, retaining walls, drainage and concrete works.
- Confident managing a team and subcontractors.
- Able to read and understand construction plans.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
- Able to work independently and solve problems on site.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Current driver's licence and White Card.
- Landscape trade qualification preferred.
