We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with Volume Builder experience to join a growing team and manage key relationships across Melbourne's volume building sector.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the Volume Builder environment and has existing relationships across Design Studios, Display Homes, Estimating, Contracts and Construction.
About the Role
- Manage and grow relationships with key Volume Builder clients
- Develop recent business opportunities within existing builder accounts
- Build strong relationships with Studio Managers, Designers, Estimators and Contracts teams
- Support product training, presentations and client meetings
- Identify opportunities for new ranges, upgrades, displays and projects
- Monitor account performance and ensure excellent customer service
- Regularly visit builder sites, studios and offices across Melbourne
About You
- Previous Volume Builder experience is highly desirable
- Experience in Account Management, BDM, Sales or Client Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of the residential building industry
- Confident building relationships with key decision-makers
- Professional, organised and commercially minded
- Must have your own car and current driver's licence
