Indie Education in Mildura is seeking a dedicated Senior Welfare Officer to lead student wellbeing for Indie School Mildura. You will partner with the Welfare Officer and Head of School to provide holistic support, advocate for students, and drive positive outcomes for young people facing challenges.
The role requires empathy, proactive engagement, and solid relationship-building to support students aged 15–18 through enrolment, welfare programs, and collaboration with families and teachers.
