Looking for a passionate cook & kitchen supervisor for our lively music venue & pub in the Inner West, specialising in American Smash Burgers & Fried Chicken.
38-40hrs per week, open Wednesday-Sunday.
Tasks include but not limited to -
- Monitoring online ratings and customer feedback
- Preparing, cooking and service of all menu items
- Maintaining standard and presentation of meals and quality of meals served
- Managing food quality in storage
- Mitigating food wastage
- Adhering to and updating our Food Preparation, Handling and Storage Policy, Safety procedures etc
- Maintaining Occupational, Health and Safety (OH&S;) practices in the kitchen
- Following food safety requirements
- Setting up kitchen and pack down cleaning for end of night close
