About the Role

We are excited to welcome applications fromGraduate Occupational Therapists for our 2027 Allied Health Mental Health Graduate Program.

Commencing in February 2027, this 12-month program provides the prospect to gain experience across a range of mental health settings, supporting children, young people, adults and older adults across community and inpatient services. Throughout your graduate year, you’ll develop the foundations of mental health practice, including assessment, formulation and therapeutic intervention, while building your confidence as an Occupational Therapist.

This is a graduate year designed for learning – giving you the support, experiences and opportunities to grow into the clinician you want to become.

About the Program

Monash Health’s Mental Health Program provides care across the lifespan, with services spanning infant, child and youth, adult and older adult mental health. Our services include inpatient, community and rehabilitation programs alongside specialist services, giving our graduates exposure to the breadth and diversity of mental health care.
