Anglicare Southern Queensland – Taigum is seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team on a full time basis. You will provide person-centred clinical care and lead the care team under the Facility Manager, ensuring compliance with aged care standards.
You will coordinate nursing and support staff, manage clinical care systems including medication management, and contribute to ongoing wellbeing and quality of life for residents.
