About You

We're looking for someone who is keen to learn, enjoys working with clients and is motivated to build a long-term career in insurance broking.

Ideally, you will have:

- At least 12 months' experience working within an insurance brokerage.
- A Tier 2 qualification, with Tier 1 general insurance qualifications highly regarded.
- Experience in domestic insurance, with some exposure to commercial SME a bonus.
- Robust communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced brokers.
- A genuine interest in developing your commercial broking capabilities.
