UnitingCare's BlueCare division is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders across Queensland. This six‑month fixed-term role supports hybrid work and focuses on workforce planning, organisational effectiveness and change initiatives within Residential Aged Care services.

You will provide strategic and tactical HR advice, use workforce data to inform decisions, and help drive industrial relations priorities while operating alongside a solid People & Culture team.
