As a clinical pharmacist, you will be a key part of our dedicated aged care pharmacy team, focused entirely on enhancing the health outcomes and quality of life for aged care residents. Moving away from traditional retail-facing operations, your role will center entirely on specialised clinical care within the residential aged care setting.

You will serve as an accessible, trusted clinical resource on-site, directly assisting nursing staff, medical practitioners, and families with complex medication inquiries, polypharmacy management, and transitions of care. Key responsibilities

Work as part of the aged care pharmacy team in a clinical and aged care work space

Dispense medications and manage medication sachets and profiles

Assist the retail team with medication questions

Prepare, report and deliver medications and services to aged care clients

Deliver quality, consistent and reliable pharmacy services to patients and aged care clients
