Audeara Brisbane is seeking an entry-level Customer Support Advisor to assist customers and audiology clinics with product enquiries by phone and email. You will guide users through basic product setup and troubleshooting with a friendly, patient and qualified approach.
You'll also help with remote assistance, follow-ups and general support tasks after comprehensive training. No prior technical experience is required, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
