Reports To : State Manager – Sales

Location : Australia- Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane

The ICT (Information and Communications Technology) Sales Representative is responsible for selling technology products and services to businesses and organisations, as well as managing ongoing client relationships. This includes everything that helps companies manage information, communicate effectively, and improve operations using technology.

This role combines business development, acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. The goal is to understand clients’ challenges, recommend the right ICT solutions, and ensure their ongoing satisfaction and driving repeat business and long‑term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales G Business Development

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Trikon and MetaWeb products and services.
- Visit, present, promote, and sell Trikon C MetaWeb products and services to existing and prospective customers through cold calling, door‑knocking and pre‑set appointments.
- Build relationships with potential clients, understanding their technology and digital solutions needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate sales efforts with State Manager – Sales, team members and other departments.
- Analyse the market’s potential, track sales and status reports to build your sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Technical G Product Knowledge

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Trikon and MetaWeb products, services, and industry trends.
- Understand competitor offerings and differentiate the company’s solutions effectively.
- Provide accurate advice on product suitability and solutions to meet client needs.

Reporting G Administration





- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities for new products and services.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and client communications when required.
- Maintain your daily Sales and Account Management activities by planning your week using your Outlook Calendar.

And any other duties that is requested by management.

- Proven experience in ICT sales or technology solutions sales
- Experience in B2B ICT sales (2yrs+)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of networks, cloud computing, software, and communication technologies (desired)
