This is initially a 12 months fixed term contract with the potential of becoming permanent. It attracts a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

We are looking to fill this vacancy at both Hurstville Aquatic Centre and Lane Cove Aquatic Centre.

About the role

As part of our team at Hurstville, you will play a key role in shaping how we connect with our local community and members. The role is responsible for generating current memberships through proactive outreach, tours, consultations, and referrals, ensuring members are guided into the most suitable options to support their goals and long-term satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Drive Member Growth: Proactively generate fresh leads, follow up enquiries, and convert prospects into proud members.
- Inspire Referrals: Stay actively engaged with our vibrant fitness and aquatic community to drive word-of-mouth and member referrals.
- Connect & Consult: Build genuine rapport to uncover prospective members' goals and show how our facilities can help achieve them.
- Exceed Targets Together:



Work collaboratively as a team to smash sales targets by delivering a first-class member experience.
