Salary:
$75K
- $85k + Super + Annual Performance Bonus

About the Role
We are seeking a Permanent, Full-Time Settlements Officer to join the team. This is a Fully remote position,



we know the commute to work is a killer & we want to provide you with flexibility back into your schedule. You will play a crucial role supporting our brokers, working closely with clients/lenders throughout the settlement process. Who We’re Looking For:
- Someone with ambition & a passion for property.
- Minimum 1.5 years settlements/mortgage broking experience.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and ability to manage high-volume workloads
- Confident working independently in a remote setting while also being a team player (you go RAPID alone but you go FAR together).
- Excellent customer service & communication skills—both written and verbal

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with lodging applications and managing through to Settlement.
- Communicate with clients & lenders through the loan document process.
- Meet deadlines with accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records and file notes in our CRM and internal systems
